At sister weekend yarn co., we are committed to ensuring that your delicious, hand-dyed yarns arrive safely and promptly!
Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are typically not shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Custom Orders: Custom-dyed yarn orders may require additional processing time. We will communicate the estimated time frame for these orders when they are placed.
Domestic Shipping
- Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. Rates will be displayed at checkout.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $100. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
International Shipping
- We do not ship internationally at this time. We need more time to figure out the best solution for this!
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
- Order Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Address
- Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
