At sister weekend yarn co., we take pride in our hand-dyed yarns and strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to be as simple and accommodating as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Yarns must be in their original condition, unused, and unwound.
- Sale items and custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiating a Return:
- Email sisterweekendyarnco@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the yarn to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days of receipt.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please email sisterweekendyarnco@gmail.com to arrange the details.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sisterweekendyarnco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
Color Variations
Due to the nature of hand-dyed yarns, slight color variations are to be expected and are part of the unique charm of our products. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
